When will my order ship?
Stock items will ship within 1 business day of order confirmation, unless otherwise specified.
Are there shipping restrictions for media?
Yes, most of our products are temperature sensitive and require delivery within 2 days of shipping. Overnight delivery is not required unless there are extreme weather conditions.
How late are orders processed for shipping?
Overnight shipments must be received by 3:00pm PST. All other orders are processed until 4:00pm PST.
What are the shipping and handling charges?
S2M does not charge handling fees for shipping products and we only charge our clients the actual shipping cost. We will even use your account if preferred.
Can I get a shipping estimate prior to placing an order?

Where can I find tracking information for my order?
Tracking numbers are included in all order confirmations. You can also look up tracking numbers in your online order history. (Login is required)
How do I place an order with S2Media?
Online ordering is coming soon! Orders can currently be placed by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling our main line at (509) 919-3714.
How do I get a Certificate of Analysis (CoA)?
We ship CoA with every product that leaves our facility, but we understand that they may not make it to the end user. If you did not receive a CoA, please send an email request to email@example.com and include the batch numbers needed. We will typically respond within 1 business day.
Do you offer bulk pricing incentives?
Absolutely! We are always happy to discuss options. We don't limit your savings to single formulations. Instead, we offer tiered discounts based on total plate volumes, across all formutions. How many plates are in a package?
We package our prepared plates in sleeves of 10.
How many tubes are in a box?
We package all of our tubes, regardless of size, in boxes of 50.
What should I do if I have an issue with my order?
While we strive to provide high quality products, we realize that issues may arise. Should you have any issues with your order, please contact us immediately at (509) 919-3714. (Please have your order number ready, if possible.)

Storage and Handling
How should I store my media?
Storage and handling instructions are printed on the CoA and product specification. Both can be requested by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include the material number and batch number in your request. Storage conditions are based upon stability studies that are performed on every product manufactured by S2M. We do recommend that all media be stored in the dark, away from UV light, to protect any light sensetive components.
When should I not use prepared media?
Do not use any medium that is contaminated, dehydrated, discolored, or past the printed expiration date.
