S2Media™ Phosphate Buffered Saline
S²Media™ prepared Phosphate Buffered Saline (PBS) is a balanced, non-nutritive buffer solution designed to maintain a stable pH and physiologically appropriate osmotic environment during microbiological and laboratory procedures. The phosphate buffering system helps minimize changes in pH during sample preparation, dilution, washing, rinsing, and handling, while sodium chloride helps maintain osmotic balance.
S²Media™ PBS is available in multiple pH formulations to support method-specific and customer-specific requirements. We supply a variety of fill volumes and container configurations for use in microbiology, pharmaceutical, environmental, food and beverage, research, and quality-control laboratories.
