1 Box (BX) = 50 Tubes

Tubes are packaged in either chipboard or cardboard boxes with partitions.

Temperature-sensitive products are shipped using validated packaging designed to maintain the required storage temperature during normal transit conditions.

Standard shipping days are Monday through Wednesday to minimize the risk of transit delays and weekend delivery. Shipments requested outside of these standard shipping days require a documented customer request specifying the desired shipping method (e.g., overnight delivery or Saturday delivery). Additional shipping charges may apply.

Title to and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. S²Media is not responsible for product performance or replacement resulting from delayed delivery attempts, failure to receive the shipment within two (2) calendar days, improper storage, or temperature excursions occurring after shipment. Customers requesting shipment dates that may result in weekend, holiday, or facility closure deliveries assume responsibility for timely receipt and proper refrigerated storage of the shipment.

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipments are received within two (2) calendar days of the shipment date and that qualified personnel are available to accept delivery. Upon receipt, products must be immediately inspected, unpacked, and stored at 2–8°C.

Any shipping discrepancies, visible damage, or temperature concerns must be reported to S²Media within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to comply with these requirements may void eligibility for replacement or credit.

Caring for Your Bottles and Tubes 💗

A little love goes a long way in keeping your bottles and tubes performing at their best. Here’s how to store them properly.

• Keep it cool. Store sealed containers at 2–8°C (Cold, USP) upon arrival.

• Keep it upright. Bottles and tubes should be stored right-side up to keep contents stable and protected.

• Preserve quality. Protect media from light sources and temperatures outside of 2-8°C.

• Stay consistent. Avoid moving unused media between hot and cold environments.

• Inspect before use. Take a moment to look over your media, before you start. If you notice any signs of degradation or contamination, it’s best not to use it.

Expiration dating applies to unopened containers, when stored as directed.
