CHROMagar™ LIN-R (RUO) is a selective chromogenic culture medium for the qualitative detection, isolation, and differentiation of linezolid-resistant Gram-positive bacteria, including Staphylococcus spp. and Enterococcus spp. The medium supports surveillance and screening of clinical specimens, including nasal, rectal, and perianal swabs, enabling rapid presumptive identification of linezolid-resistant isolates for antimicrobial resistance monitoring.
